About Quinovic Viaduct

Specialists in Serviced Apartments in Auckland City

Quinovic Viaduct Management began as a result of realising in the mid-1990s that the face of Auckland hospitality was changing, and more corporate business people and travellers alike were preferring to utilise the services of a furnished serviced apartment that they could call their own for whatever period they were in town.

Whilst still having recourse to all the resources the apartment building provided (even more so if owned by a hotel chain), it also gave them the freedom to come and go as they pleased and entertain/prepare their own meals – thus providing the comfort of home.

To attract this clientele, Quinovic Viaduct Management has spent considerable resources over the years in fostering corporate contacts to preferred supplier status as well as developing this website to encourage response from prospective discerning travellers.

Our accommodation varies from studios in heritage buildings to one bedroom apartments in modern complexes, to townhouses in the inner suburbs, through to larger two and three bedroom waterfront properties with full complex facilities such as a gym, pool and even a tennis court!

Our goal is to ensure we find the best accommodation for your requirements – we want you to enjoy your stay in Auckland and return to stay with us again. Everyone has different requirements, so please contact us if you have special needs or just want that extra bit of help!

Top Tourism Site Award Quinovic Viaduct is part of the Quinovic Property Management Group which has over 30 franchises throughout New Zealand. In our office in the Viaduct, we specialise in short term serviced accommodation but we also have a number of properties on our books which are available for fixed term leases of six months or more. Give us a call or email us if this is the type of lease you are looking for.

"The Viaduct staff have treated me with dignity, good humour, honesty, efficiency and every other compliment I can think of. One time there was a pipe leak and I was on the verge of losing that tenant. The Viaduct team handled the leak quickly and tactfully placated the tenant stayed on in spite of his inconvenience for a day or two. That's the type of service I admire."
